These contig maps were constructed by combining the scaffold data and contig sizes to give a model for the order of the DOE contigs around the genome.
In the following contig diagrams the DOE contigs retain their original numbers but have also been given numbers that 1, 2, 3...etc. so that they can be easily located on the contig diagrams using the consolidated table. You will need to download a map and the table for the information to be useful.
Ordered CI contig diagram: DOE Contigs have red number above them that indicates numerical position in the contig map.
Ordered CII contigs diagram: DOE Contigs have blue number above them that indicates numerical position in the contig map.
Consolidated table: DOE contig numbers in the first column, red or blue numbers in second column indicate numerical position on map.
